Management (SHRM) finds that being treated respectfully
is a “very important” contributor to job satisfaction
for 2 out of every 3 employees.

Respectful treatment ranked higher than any of the other
factors driving employee job satisfaction.

Top 10 Factors are:
#1 Respectful treatment of all employees at all levels.
#2 Compensation/pay, overall.
#3 Trust between employees and senior management.
#4 Job security.
#5 Opportunities to use your skills and abilities in your
work.
#6 Feeling safe in your work environment.
