This engagement involved an organizational redesign, culture realignment, and identification of proper functional relationships for the central office and 5 free-standing facilities.
We also implemented a key employee retention program and succession planning process that targeted A-players for more responsibility and compensation.
Additionally, we implemented our proprietary performance evaluation system called Process Evaluations, which:
- introduced Continuous Improvement techniques into the evaluation process,
- made the evaluation 99% objective,
- customized the evaluation to each position, and
- eliminated the traditional performance review’s with its arbitrary 5-point scales and poorly defined attributes.
