Your Part-Time HR Manager®: Our Message

The vast majority of Small To Medium Businesses (SMBs) “don’t know what they don’t know.”  With the knowledge that they do have, SMBs often think that they know all there is to know about HR.

Our sales message to prospective clients is centered on three themes:

  1. Labor Law Compliance,
  2. Employee Engagement, and
  3. Increased Employee Productivity.

Our website illustrates the expertise that our Member-Partners deliver related to these themes.

In our model, you deliver the message and provide the services.  When it comes to consulting firms, companies are very cautious.  They are aware that many consulting firms use senior partners to sell a project and then send-in junior associates to do the work.  When a prospective client agrees to a project or service in our model, it is you, our Member-Partner, who sells it and you who will deliver the product or service.

Additionally, when a client uses you for on-site HR services, it is you who will provide the service and you who will become an integral part of that organization.  In this role, you will be part of the executive team of the business and take on all the roles and responsibilities as if you were the full-time HR Manager employed by that company.  As such, it is not uncommon to have employees of a client contact you in the evening or on the weekend regarding personal and work-related issues.
