The Human Resource Assessment: A Tool For Protecting Organizational Assets

A Human Resource (HR) Assessment is a process of examining policies, procedures, systems, and practices with respect to an organization’s HR functions.  The purpose of the HR Assessment is to establish a baseline level of compliance relative to (1) state and federal labor laws and (2) employee relations issues that impact productivity and job satisfaction.

A traditional HR Assessment is a diagnostic tool.  However, the methodology utilized by our Member-Partners also makes the Assessment a prescriptive instrument by identifying operationally sound ways to resolve any regulatory or employee relations matters.
